Terms & conditions

A quotation is valid for the period stated on it. Prices are given for the stone, size, finish, quantity and delivery address specified in the request; changes require a revised quotation.

An order is confirmed once the quotation is accepted and the agreed payment or deposit is received. Standard products with an online price may be purchased directly through our secure payment provider. Production begins after payment is confirmed.

Production and transit times are estimates given in good faith. We inform you promptly of any delay caused by quarry supply, weather, freight or customs handling.

Delivered prices include production, packaging and freight to the stated destination. Import duties, customs fees and local taxes are excluded and are payable by the buyer.

Colour, veining and surface character vary naturally between blocks. Reasonable variation from photographs and samples is expected and is not a defect.

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for installation costs, consequential loss, or damage caused by incorrect handling, installation or maintenance after delivery.

Contracts are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
