When you request a quotation we collect your name, company name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, delivery address and any product details or files you send us. When you use the live chat we store your messages, the page you were viewing and the contact details you provide.

We use this information only to prepare your quotation, produce and ship your order, answer your questions and keep a record of our correspondence with you.

We share the minimum necessary details with the freight forwarder or carrier handling your delivery, and with the payment provider when you pay online. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with access restricted to our team. Files uploaded with a quotation are kept in private storage and are only accessible through authenticated links.

Quotation and order records are kept while they are commercially and legally required. Chat conversations are kept so we can continue a discussion you started earlier.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable period.

We use only the storage needed to keep the site working — for example remembering your favourites and your chat session on this device.
