Shipping & delivery

Pieces are made to order. Standard items are typically produced in 2–4 weeks; larger or custom work is confirmed individually on your quotation.

Each piece is edge-protected, foam-wrapped and secured inside a purpose-built wooden crate designed for the weight and shape of the item. Crating is included in the delivered price.

Europe and the United Kingdom: approximately 7–15 working days after dispatch. North America, the Gulf and Australia: approximately 3–6 weeks, depending on routing and port handling. Exact transit time is stated on your quotation.

Prices shown for standard products with a delivery country selected include production, protective packaging and delivery to that destination.

Import duties, customs clearance fees and local taxes in the destination country are not included and remain the responsibility of the buyer. Amounts are set by your local authorities, not by us.

Heavy pieces are delivered kerbside. Tell us in the quote form whether the address is residential or commercial and whether forklift access is available, so we can plan the right service. Request a delivered price.
