Damage & returns

Please inspect the crate and the piece as soon as it is delivered. If the crate shows impact damage, note it on the carrier's delivery document before signing.

Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery by email or WhatsApp, with photographs of the crate, the packaging and the damaged area, plus your order or quotation reference.

Where transit damage is confirmed, we repair, replace or refund the piece at our cost. For replacements, a new production slot is scheduled immediately and we confirm the new delivery date in writing.

Because every piece is produced for a specific stone, size and finish, made-to-order items cannot be returned for change of mind. Cancellations are possible before production begins.

Veining, tone and small natural inclusions vary between blocks and are characteristic of natural stone rather than defects. Photographs of the actual block can be shared before production on request.
